FG-X Authorisation problems new

Hi guys, hope you're all well.

Right, here's my problem, SLate Digital's website is down and has been for at least 2 days now, and i need to get this ework mastered this week.

I downloaded the demo of FG-X back in december, and while i was using the demo, i decided i wanted to buy the full product, so i did. I have both licences on the ilok2 (because insanely, you cannot delete anything, why?!?!) Now the demo of FG-x expired after its normal time, but now, even though i have the full licence, it tells me my demo has expired and that i need to buy it. I cannot for the life of me work out how to get it to work anymore.

Very upset!

I had no trouble getting onto Slate Digital.

I downloaded and installed the FG-X and redeemed my iLok license on my dongle, but it is not appearing in my DAW!

Answer
1) In the Windows Device Manager, click on Dongles, right click the iLok Device and uninstall it.
2) Physically unplug the iLok USB Device from the USB port
3) Re-download and reinstall the Slate Digital FX-G
3) Reboot system
4) Reinstall the iLok Drivers
5) Physically plug in the iLok USB Device into the USB port
5) Rescan the VST folder in the host DAW

thanks richie, i wish i could download the plugin, but their site is offline. HAs been for a while now. And for some reason i dont have the exe anywhere, think it must be on an old usb key i lost! Doh

Great, seems they are up and running again! Been trying all last night and since i got home from work, now its back!
