Roland TD9K / PC Midi Set-up.
      #847114 - 16/07/10 01:06 PM
Hi guys.

I'm using Protools LE8 with PC and have a midi to USB adaptor which I am using to connect my Roland TD9K drum kit through. I am trying to use the drum kit to trigger sounds in XPand! in Protools. Has anyone done this before? It seems that the Roland doesn't appear in the Protools Midi menu. I am not sure if it is the USB adaptor or setup. I also have an Axiom keyboard which plugs directly into my PCs USB input which works intermittantly. To be honest I haven't had much to do with midi so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong in setup. I have heard windows XP has had midi dramas in the past.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
