MASTERING FOR USE ON PA AND ROLAND SPDS new

I didn't know where to post this so posted it under 2 categories, hope that is ok!

I have written a selection of 1 minute long pieces of music that I want to use with my band in between the songs in our set. 

I have done these using between 3-8 tracks of MIDI, using Reason re-wired into Logic (there are also a couple of audio segments). 

I want to put them onto my Roland SPDS so the drummer can trigger them when necessary. 

I am happy with the mix iv got, just wondered if anyone could tell me the best way to master them to sound as good as possible through the SPDS on a PA, what file format to put them on as, the best way to bounce them down etc.

I haven't really done anything like this before, and I have barely any experience with mastering at all so please go easy on me
