Unfortunately, there is no way to host (use) an SW1000XG except in a computer, as the SW1000 requires drivers in order to operate and uses the PCI bus for data/control.

The Plugstation is only for hosting PLG cards, not for hosting an SW1000XG.

This has been discussed in the SW1000 forum over on ds2416.org, so you might check over there for more info (site seems to be offline at the moment, so can't link to topic).
