That's a lot of upheaval and expense to take on all at once. As a professional I wouldn't want to take on so much all at one time.

My advice would be to hold back and take it slowly. Identify where you main weak point is, address that weak point, then re-assess. Evolve slowly and check your options as you progress.

What problem(s) are you trying to solve?
