I've never used Sibelius, but I imagine its sounds can be triggered via midi.

In which case, presumably you can use the Mac's internal midi bus (IAC) to route midi from Logic to Sibelius.

At a guess:

- switch IAC on in Audio/Midi Setup
- set Logic to output midi to IAC
- set Sibelius to receive from it

(if Sibelius works like Logic, and simply receives from all midi ports simultaneously, then the latter step won't be needed)
