Tempo map in logic (v6, express)

Hi there,
I thought I'd seen an article in SOS about the best way to create a tempo map in Logic, but I don't seem able to find it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

What I want to do is record a song without a click and then get logic to follow the tempo of the song. I realise this could be quite a painstaking process, but I think it will be worth it.
