The refurb units contain whatever they were originally sold with. So if someone supe'd up a system on purchase and then returned it due to a problem that was fixable then they'll resell the unit in the exact state it came back (just fixed).

They advertise the minimum that you will receive and then send whatever system comes to hand that AT LEAST matches the system you bought through the refurb store.
