I've found Spectrasonics support to be great, in the main.

You can also post to the "unofficial" Spectrasonics Yahoo groups list, or KVR, or Northern Sounds, where Eric (Spectrum) and Glen hang out, and they will probably answer you there as well.

I haven't tried converting 24-bit files, sorry...
