XLR combo patchbay

Help - After scouring t'internet I have realised that nobody seems to sell what I am looking for. All I want it a patchbay with XLR combo connectors (XLR/Jack). Combo Female on the front and normal male around the back. It only needs to be eight way. My only other option is building one with a panel and hours of fun with a soldering iron.

Surely someone must sell these? maybe?
