yeah - you better know what you're doing if you get a TDM rig!! If its a choice between LE and Logic then its logic everytime - PT has no advantages at all.

However, if you are already working mixes for corporates or TV/film then PT with its proper stem routing is a must. Its also a must if your doign live tracking of bands etc - other than that, no real difference between any DAW. DSP systems such as TDM have incredible advantage in tracking situations and none of the native DAWs have useful routing for stems etc. However, i'm deducing from your post and what appears to be hugely naive goal of "selling to labels" (although, hey, i may be wrong - you may already be doing all the right things) that you're new to this game. Go logic for two reasons. It's cheaper and better than LE.

The above comments about plugins arent quite right though. The format of a plugin is not relevant. Quality of plugins has nothing to do with whether its VST, UAD, TDM or AU etc. ITs all about the algorithms. Yuu can also use UAD and powercore in PT.
