We've had the chat before a couple of times mate - there's various speculations about what they mean and different people have got different comments from them via telephone or email.
But still for me, it's important to follow the letter of the actual license agreement, ie :

"..you're not able to create a music library with any of the construction kit products we sell.."

Even that is dumb wording - cos it's not like ur creating an entire music library, but it does mean - they do not allow you to make any library music with their construction kit products.

I have to take this as meaning, any CD which contain construction kits.

A few of their CD's are not construction kits, but most of them are. This is why I don't buy Big Fish any more.

- and for anyone wanting to chip in with 'yeah I think it'll be OK", let me just repeat :

"..you're not able to create a music library with any of the construction kit products we sell.."
