At the bottom right corner (under volume fader) you can see Ch. 1/2 (a drop down box). This is how you can pick an AUDIO channel for each cell. As I assume it is what you are asking about.

As I said before I don't know how to enable or disable multioutputs in Logic for a given VSTi. I think the manual could help.
