IRQ conflicts with XP how do i change????

I have both an RME 9652 na a Powercore PCI card installed in my PC (1Ghz processor, 521 Ram). I have just realised that they are both using the same IRQ (9), which isn't ideal. I am getting a high CPU usage in Cubase SX, A FRESH PROJECT IS USING 25% CPU ACCORDING TO sx 2.0 PERFORMANCE METER WHICH CANT BE RIGHT. I'm wondering if the IRQ sharing could be the problem. How can i change the IRQ so they don't share???

XP wont let me change it in system properties as it says both devices are not plug and play devices.

Do i therefore have to change the IRQ through my BIOS. The BIOS will allow me to change the IRQ setting for PCI slots 1, 2,3 indivually but 4/5/6 are grouped. The powercore is in slot 4 would it therefore be wise to swop it to slot 1,2,3 so i can designate it it's own IRQ ???
