I have a few utilities that stopped working / needed upgrading but some of those already have SL-compatible versions out - others I'll have to wait for, and I might even lose one or two.
Had a quick tour around my most needed apps and utilities, and apart from those things mentioned, everything seemed to be working more or less ok, including my audio drivers.
I've got a check list of software I'm waiting for SL-compatible versions, and when that checklist is largely complete, then I'll probably install it for real.
But really, without cool OpenCL stuff, and cool 64-bit 4Gb+ handling and optimisation in our apps, there isn't a huge amount of reason in jumping to SL yet in my opinion...
