OK,

I have changed the PCI slots of both cards and set different IRQ (RME IRQ 10, POWERCORE IRQ 9) in the BIOS for them, i have also disabled plug and play on in the BIOS.

I have also in the BIOS "reserved IRQ 9 and 10) for legacy devices. But when i get back in XP it still says that both cards are sharing IRQ 9, which isn't right as the BIOS says they are not, how do i set xp to recognise the both cards are on different IRQ'S
