Yes, what's the melody note on the B^7?

If the song ends there, you could be home in G major, folllowing an excursion to the relative minor, E minor. Or it could continutue B7, Em taking you home to E minor. Or it could continue through F#7 (or a varient) back to a final B^7 {that maj7 chord has a flavour of finality about it.)

Or something else. Music's like that! Fun, ennit? :-)
