Roland JD-990 Pad sound

Hi guys,

I'm looking for a Pad sound like this Pad but without the hi pulse bit.

It's a kind of Floyd Oberheim patch.
I have this particular patch in a softsynth but wondered what type of synthesis it was, and if the pad sound was available in a VST synth?
