Hi mate,

Thanks for link but I have read that many times though. I do suffer from dyslexia however it seems to read quite well so I don't think that is the problem.

Can I just confirm...

1 - I emailed them
2 - They sent me log on details
3 - I downloaded the software thingy
4 - I am trying to fill out the software thingy but need the code to complete it.

What am I doing wrong and why is there only me feels doing this is quite complicated?
