Well as the person who started the thread,
I obviously don't agree with the various people who say the MU are "doing the right thing" (to protect their members from litigation).
In my view the MU are just being part of the problem,
and if they had any balls they'd expend their efforts in the legal defence of any music teacher who was accused of paedophilia because they touched a child's hand when showing them where to put their fingers on an instrument.
But over the past 15 years I seem to have had little success in influencing MU policy, so I'll just keep watching Brass Eye and making snide remarks instead I guess.
