Focusrite Saffire 6 - Help Appreciated...

Hi guys,

I have recently purchased the "Focusrite Saffire 6 USB" after reading impressive articles & reviews around the internet. Set up was easy and it is now part of my Ableton live 8 set up...

Unfortunately though I think I may have stumbled across a problem. I use Beyerdynamic DT990 headphones for music production and for some reason I find myself having to crank up the Focusrite Saffire unit upto around monitor level "8 - 9" to get some reasonable volume through my headphones. A good friend of mine also has the Saffire 6, but only has to have his turned upto around "4 - 5" (he uses Pioneer headphones, so not sure if this is making the difference?)...

Has anyone else experienced low volume output from the Focusrite Saffire 6 unit?

PS: My hearing is fine, I am not suffering from tinitus lol.
