Looking for a keyboard flightcase a few years ago, I was passing a gunshop, had a brainwave and bought myself a gun case. Mine looks a bit like this.

And if you want something a bit stronger, you can get stronger gun cases than mine on the same website and others.

I've travelled to several countries with mine and never had a problem with airport security (touch wood!)
