Hi, I'm building a project studio and although I read that laminated glass is the best
glass to use in studio windows, it's not available in my town in Brazil and is too
expensive to buy from other cities. I'll use tempered glass for the window between the
control and live rooms, with 8mm and 10mm, 10cm air space between them. My question is: if
I use that kind of transparent security window film that is usually applied to car
windows, glued to those glasses, will it make a difference in sound isolation/noise
reduction?
