Correct also. Just checked my preferences though, and dragging is disabled, meaning that I have to actually 'press' the trackpad to drag, but the latency is still present. However, oddly enough, "Tap To Click" was also disabled, but the tapping was clearly working. Enabling and disabling it seemed to reset it. Very odd!
