I promise I'll let it go after this post, but the most maddening thing about the Mackie
Satellite is not that it doesn't provide the full 48 volts, it is that the button on the
front does not say "phantom power" , it says "48v". This is extremely misleading, and if
I had known, perhaps informed by reading a review of the product, I wouldn't have
purchased it.
Are you seriously going to maintain that a product that is
outside of it's operating specification, 48v plus or minus 4 volts, is irrelevant to
readers?
