Are you trying to load samples (i.e. WAV/AIFF files, or the like), or are you trying to load Kontakt Programs?

Sorry if this sounds pedantic, but I do know that Kontakt Programs are fussy about which version you're running - a problem I am also only too aware of myself, since I have an older version.
