Most audio intefaces which have MIDI seem to only have one in and one out, so I would suggest looking at getting a USB MIDI interface with multiple connections. I use a Midisport 4x4. You don't really need one though if you are just using 4 MIDI pieces as most of the equipment you have are mono-timbral (I think). You can run them on separate MIDI channels.

There are lots of potential interfaces that are suitable and many people on here speak highly of the Focusrite interfaces. I have an Echo Audiofire 8, but most of my gear runs into mixers before going to the computer. I use the spare inputs for running in effects and extra inputs from a sampler.
