Connect PC VST to MAC VST

Hi,

I have tried to find a solution, but without luck. My problem!

My setup mainly is Cubase 6 on Mac Pro!

Now I want to use the Poetic Acoustic Guitar VST (best service), but it is only on Windows OS!

Is it possible to interconnect a PC VST (windows) and a MAC VST and use the MAC as the host?
