reason/cubase/32bit rewire

hi

i know this is pos not the right forum but i thought i'd try here as well as everywhere else plus the conserned tech support lines

i been trying for 2 weeks now to get reason 6 to rewire with cubase 6 both apps apear to be running as 32 bit and that is who they are still supposed to be able to work but they dont in my house

i just cant find anything causing it to not work
