Recommended Frequency Spectrum Analayser plug in for ProTools?!! free or to buy

Can anyone please recommend a good frequency analyser plug in that I can use in Pro Tools that I can use on my master bus?
Free if poss but wouldn't mind paying for a decent software one as Pro tools never gives u anything for free!!
