Could you elaborate on how you use the gear?
I'm assuming from what you've said so far that you're using sounds from both, but just triggering MIDI from the Micron? If so, then you won't be needing to connect the MIDI out of the MPC into the Micron.

Regardless, I would highly recommend adding a little 4-track mixer into your set-up. You could run both pieces of kit out in stereo and then mix to taste, recording from the output of the mixer. Sure you'll be able to find a decent second-hand one for dirt cheap.
