Sure you can team up with them. You pay them money, they produce your songs. But what you really want is someone who will work for free or peanuts, isn't it? All for a million-to-one chance of a top-40 hit, which would only make them a small amount of money anyway. Good luck with that.
I'm not trying to sound mean, but Bugio is right -- if you're really so confident that your songs are special and have great commercial appeal then invest some of your own money (and if you don't have any, earn some). If you won't invest in your own songs why would anyone else want to? At the very least, put your songs up on the web and link to them here so that the producers on this forum can judge whether you're 'spongeworthy'.
