I'm so sorry for posting this . I answered it myself.
But maybe this is help for someone:
The second signal path is the better. It sound more brilliant to
go directly with the guitar into the Lehle preamp/buffer-amp
and from there into the audio interface line in (unbalanced),

instead of
going from the Lehle preamp in a DI Box to split the signal. I just
use the DI Box in reverse, to avoid ground loops,
from the audio interface line-out with an unbalanced line-to-XLR
cable into the XLR-out from the DI-Box and from the DI-in
into the guitar amp.
