Yeah it would basically be my toy to play with when I see fit and if someone turns around one day and says "actually, do you mind if I use your studio? I can pay "X" amount" Then yay I get paid for doing what I love.
Bare in mind the "X" amount will always be zero. Even with your prices at zero you'd find it difficult finding talented people willing to work with behringer mics and alesis monitor ones.
