That's a pretty daunting listening test so I'm not surprised there have been no takers. Hearing the effects of different dither algorithms is difficult with critical source material and almost impossible with material with high self noise.

Might I suggest trimming your listening choices to three of four? People are more likely to invest some effort that way.
