apologies if my last post was a little unclear so I'm gonna have a second attempt:
Basically I have been given the opportunity to convert a bedroom into a studio (control room only) and I would really appreciate some advice as to whether its worth doing...
The room is 10ft across 6ft depth 6ft high and the idea is the split it in half with a false wall.

The idea is to move the bed and seat back and leave the table at the back in. At the moment budget isn't a problem as the person who owns the house wants to build a studio area so that he can listen to his classical music collection in the perfect environment.
My question is the whole thing worth the effort and is it worth putting up a false wall?
