Right... for an immediate quick and temporary fix, I've re-zipped and checked that the file unzips OK — which it does. I've placed it in my public Dropbox as a temporary measure, just so those who are interested can get access quickly:

Now, I'll check out the other related queries here, and make sure all is present and correct before we re-upload to the relevant SOS page. Watch this space...
