James: due to financial restraints the building had to be bought and built by a particular
company so the plan always had to be to deal with soundproofing a pre-existing structure
rather than having the luxury of speccing something exactly to our needs. If I'm
absolutely honest I've stayed away from this forum for quite a while after several bad
experiences with members in the past but with the build on the go I thought I'd take a
chance and cross my fingers that the cliques and elitism might have disappeared! From your
post the subtext reads as if you think we've made a costly mistake then James?
