Fatar SL-1100 problem

I have a problem with my Fatar Studiologic SL-1100:

The f#' key is much louder than all the others; so for example if I play a scale containing this note all notes have the same volume and velocity, except the f#', which produces a higher velocity and sounds louder (and no, I don't hit it harder ).

I thought I'd post this here before I open it up, maybe someone has an idea what the problem could be and how to solve it. I guess it won't save me the trouble of disassembling the keyboard, but any tip or hint on what to look out for will help...
