Can't open TMC Companion for the TASCAM DM4800 Mixer...

I installed the drivers for my mixer and for the TMC Companiom for my TASCAM DM4800 on my Windows 7 64-bits PC. It's AMD x6 processor, 8 gigs of RAM. Does anybody know if the TMC Companion is not working on Windows 7 64-bits?? It's working on my older Vista 64-bits....
