Cripes bad, I should think - just somebody with the web developer and sysop skills could expect to make rather more than that. Plus they want audio engineering skills.

Could be a fun retirement job for someone who is a computer guy in real life and has bummed around as a semi-pro musical type, if you could get free tuition towards a third (etc) degree as part of the deal. Although you know you are going to run your legs off looking after all the computer gear.
