I had a quick look at the link to the Roland page you supplied but couldn't find a pdf manual that easily.

The short answer is that the Behringer is a very well featured MIDI floor controller that does far more than you need. But to be certain you need to be sure that the Roland will allow you to map the filter parameters you need to a MIDI continuous Controller. If you can, then no problem, but check the MIDI implementation chart to be certain.
