Triple Monitor Set-up

I'm thinking of getting another screen to make a triple monitor set-up as I can never get enough screen space. I'd be going for 3 x 22 inch hopefully all at a resolution of 1920x1080 or 1680x1050.

I've just borrowed a third monitor from a friend but can't get it work with my own two screens. In the screen resolution settings it will only allow for 1 screen to be extended from the main one. I'm guessing my video card won't allow a three screen set-up:

If this is the case, what would my cheapest and easiest option be for getting 3 screens running? I'm thinking maybe getting one of the cheapest eyefinity cards like this:

There are probably cheaper but I'm guessing this should work? Are there any other cheap ways of getting three screens going? I'd be happy to consider any of the Nvidia cards too.
