Help? Bassline is destroyed after reopening Ableton

I haven't heard of anything like this before, but my bassline sounded great when I saved it, and upon reopening Ableton it sounds like complete crap. Overly harsh scratchy distortion.

It's strange because it is only affecting my 3 bassline tracks (for highs/mids/lows) and none of the others.

I even tried deleting them and building them from scratch, and the same issue has affected my new bassline.

Using Sylenth1 with Live 8.

Anyone heard of anything like this before?
