I can use both soundcards independently, but the problem I am having is that I cannot get it to work properly with Cubase SX2 at the moment. Now after going in Cubase's ASIO drivers menu under devices (I think), it doesn't actually show up at all as an independent choice of driver. I only have the DX full duplex, DX MME, the Tascam one and another for Final Scratch which is also installed on there as a third soundcard option.
I tried it with Reason 3 and found that it comes up as
DX Mackie in the options. Now I was starting to think it wasnt an asio type driver but rather a DX one specifically for Mackie, and that Cubase didn't support the Dx drivers for that, but ive read that it does work with Cubase and also that it supports ASIO. I'm just a bit confused at the moment as to why I can't see it in Cubase yet.
Any ideas here?
Cheers
Scott
