2in/2out USB Soundcard?

I neeed a USB Soundcard with Midi in/out and 2 analog ins and 2 analog outs (most cards come with spdif as part of this too) but also must be Multi-client with ASIO?

Then I can use 2 programs at once and flip between them easily?

I have looked at the M-Audio Audiophile USB which looks good, but is it Multi-client? also I have the poss offer of a Edirol UA-25 but it seems to be Multi-client under W98 but not sure if it is under XP???

Any suggestions for a soundcard that I have missed?
