You can't. If I understand you correctly, you want to use outboard effects mixed with the output from the Lynx with the combination fed to the monitors. That requires the services of a mixer, which the Presonus Central Station can't do.

The Central Station does have faciliteis to provie headphone cue feeds, derived from one of several inputs. Provided you can arrange one of the inputs to be the required mix of cue signals, then fine.

However, as I see it, the Central Station alone will not meet your needs, and you'd be better off sticking wth the monitor/cue facilities of your desk.
