the notes in bold aren't diatonic in those scales. you'd need to add six semitones (i.e. to make a diminished fifth) to remain inside the scale.
Interesting that you wrote B = Gb, (a rather unusual interval, a diminished 6th) rather than B = F#, (a perfect 5th)! No practical difference (on equally-tuned instruments at any rate) but a big difference if we're talking harmonic theory.
