Signal Splitter to split Bass guitar via 3 signal paths

Hi to all,

I want to record a friend’s bass guitar simultaneously via 3 separate signal paths: Path 1 will be the DI track, Path 2 will be via a Bass Pod & Pass 3 will be a miked-up Mark Bass cabinet.

Can anyone advise or recommend a suitable device to take a Bass Guitar (or any guitar for that matter) and split the signal into 3 paths?
