Naming of VST output channels for export in Cubase 6

Hi all, I may have to try the stinberg forums for this (shudder) but though I'd have a go here first. I'm trying to find an easier way of getting the VST output tracks to have the same names as the output channels in my VST instruments. For example in the output section of kontakt I can batch rename the outputs to the same as each instrument and then activate all outputs under the cubase vst instrument list. My issue is that when I use batch export the names of the tracks are still as they were before I batch renamed them in Kontakt 4.

This means after using batch export you end up with loads of tracks with only numbers for names. Is there any way of getting cubase to update its vst instrument output tracks to correspond to the output names in say Kontakt?
